Owners Carl and Debbie Merritt first opened their garage doors in 1980 rebuilding and selling motors. In 1985 they moved to their current location at the intersection of I-85 & Hwy. 86 in Hillsborough, NC. With a 15,000 square foot showroom and 20,000 square foot Sales and Mechanic departments, Merritt Marine has been a trusted source for serving the boating needs of families across North Carolina and throughout the Southeast for almost 40 years.

Since 1996 we have been one of the world's largest dealers of Triumph Boats and one of the only sources of older model Logic/Triumph parts and supplies. In 2007 we became a Mako Boats dealer as well.
